In a way, yes, drinking water strengthens your immune system. Because staying hydrated keeps your immune system strong. Dehydration weakens your immune system, so drinking water is a great way to improve it.
The recommendation is to consume 2.5 – 3.0 liters / 84 – 101 ounces of water per day.
