Jio will Charge 0.60 paise per min for calling Non-Jio users

Jio established a new plan with a combination of good and bad. Jio’s new plan is that if a jio user calls another network user. Jio Jio will Charge  0.60 paise per min.
But, We can freely call Jio to Jio users without any additional charge.
Sounds like a good and bad Right ?

jio charges 0.60 per min

Jio has announced this new plan on 9th October 2019. Everyone was shocked by the new plan brought by Jio.
Jio didn’t charge any jio user additional charges for calling other network users for all these days.

Till now, Jio had been paying IUC ( Additional charges) to all other network operators even though Jio didn’t charge users. And they even offered unlimited and free calls despite of other network users without any charges.
Jio says in official statement that “So far, in the last three years Jio has paid nearly Rs.13,500 crore as NET IUC charges to the other operators.”

So, From now Jio has no longer offering any unlimited and free calls to other operaters.
Jio brought four IUC Top-Up Vouchers for their customers for calling non-jio calls ( Other networks )

We will get 1 free GB and 124 mins for Talktime ( Non-Jio) in just 10/-

20/- for 2 GB and 249 mins to talk

50/- or 5 GB and 656 mins Talktime

100/- is last plan that we will get 10gb in just this price and 1362 talktime to Other network.

There is bad news and good news in this plan. The good news is that we can get 10gb free only in 100/- and the bad news is restrictions for calling Non-jio users and a piece of bad news for other operators too. This plan impacts other operator business because the plan that jio brought is very smart that they are forcing non-jio users to JIO users. So, this may impact other operator business.

Let’s see how Airtel, Vodafone, and Idea operators react to this and Will they implement like Jio did ?
