Is there anyone who doesn’t watch sitcoms? A sitcom is one of the most entertaining and hilarious genres. We watch it to enjoy our time and get a sense of entertainment. No doubt, we’ve enjoyed some classic sitcoms and the fun that comes along with them. What we mostly love about these sitcoms is character development & pure healthy comedy. Ultimately, we become attached to characters, and they remain in our hearts forever. Particularly, the episodes we enjoy the most are likely to be the ones we watch over and over again as a means of relaxing.
So perhaps, you may want to watch them again and want to try new sitcoms in your leisure time. What are we waiting for?

The Office is regarded to be one of the best sitcoms that people have enjoyed the most, at least I assume so. It’s a series that applies the affairs of working places ( office ) to the world of TV in such a way that it appears to be happening in real life. It is obvious that the characters in this sitcom are humorous and entertaining throughout. What makes this show so special is the development of the characters, assorted feelings, rejection, and hatred, together with the portrayal of misfortunes in the story.

FRIENDS has to be one of the most cherished and hilarious sitcom tv shows of all time. What we admire about FRIENDS is the humor and relatable real-life characters. You would just hook to characters and feel like you’re living with them. Every episode of it is a laugh riot with a fast-paced screenplay. It has raunchiness, light & dark humor, diverse emotions, and everything we love. Keeping us entertained with every episode with its captivating story is the enticing part of the show.

The Simpsons is probably the longest-running tv show in TV show history. It started off in 1989 and is still running in 2020. The Simpsons is a cartoon sitcom tv show that tons of people watch even now. So it makes sense why it is the longest-running tv show. A common reason for its popularity is the show’s quirky characters and family. There are many parallels between the characters in the show and our own people. The show even prophesied the real events & stunned everyone recently. Not just characters, it tells a great message about being a person and pretty much gives all of the feels you can relate to as a person.

It’s so refreshing, ridiculous, and hilarious. In addition, it’s well-written and has a strong plot. One of the most loved elements of this show is Jerry, George, & Kramer’s friendship with their crazy humor throughout the show. You gotta give this a shot and it’s a must-watch sitcom you can’t miss.

Parks and Recreation
Parks and Recreation is one of the well-written sitcoms you can’t afford to miss. It depicts the very elements of friendship, obstacles, emotions, hardships, and happiness. In the end, you’ll feel like it shouldn’t have ended too early which is why it makes an amazing sitcom. The character development throughout the show is spot on and extraordinary. Each season has its own essence and tells you a tale like a series of events that are true to real life. It gets more interesting with each season. You’ll surely have to watch Parks and Recreation.

How I Met Your Mother
How I Met Your Mother is one of the most enjoyable sitcom tv show till the end. It deals with relationships, marriage, friendship, raciness, and characters we can relate to. The plot of this show starts right off and makes you stick to your seat. Like other sitcoms, it gives life lessons about being a man and how it likes to be a person. It represents pretty much every aspect of life. Let it be joy, happiness, disappointment, passion, and emotions. Characters are so relatable and entertaining right through the show. It truly portrays the cycle of life of a bachelor before marriage.

Never really liked Friends, but The Office (both U.S & U.K) and Parks and Recreation are brilliant.

My husband and I are huge, huge The Office fans and we regularly watch it as it just puts us in a better mood. We’ve watched everything on your list except for Seinfeld as we tried watching it when it first came out but never got into it — maybe we should give it another try!

I enjoy sitcoms but I apparently enjoy only particular type of ones because The Office, HIMYM and Friends did not do it for me. I have some hopes for Parks & Rec but I’m wary because what if I don’t like it as well 😅

I am IN LOVE with Friends and have seen every episode (more than once). It’s my go-to show when I need that boost and a few good laughs. It hasn’t failed me yet… You’ve also listed a few other fun and funny options here. A great list!
