Known for his role as Saul Goodman in Better Call Saul, Bob Odenkirk is rumored to be joining MCU — the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His show, Better Call Saul, which has been hailed as one of the best shows in recent years, just ended with its sixth season. In turn, Bob Odenkirk has received equal praise for his portrayal of the shady criminal lawyer and is in the running for an Emmy next year.
According to the Illuminerdi, Marvel is interested in hiring Better Call Saul’s Bob Odenkirk for the upcoming Wonder Man series, which recently cast Yahya Abdul-Matten II as its lead character.
No other information was disclosed about the potential role, according to the outlet. However, the Illuminerdi speculates that he could be a contender for Simon William’s Hollywood agent, Neal Saroyan.
Industry insider BigScreenLeaks also endorsed Illuminerdi’s claim, saying they “heard his name was mentioned two weeks ago.” The same report was also backed by KC Walsh, another reliable source.
Who is Neal Saroyan?

The comic books portray Neal Saroyan as an exaggerated Hollywood agent, a stereotypical one.
As the representative of Wonder Man, he is well known for going too far on a number of occasions, often orchestrating supervillains against Simon Williams merely for publicity. However, it is this habit that ends up killing him in comic books.
It’s also similar to what Bob Odenkirk did with Saul Goodman, who’s shady and notorious. Having the same nuances as Neal Saroyan in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Bob could easily pull off the role.
